Lynsay and Ken met as high school sweethearts and have spent nearly their entire adult lives together. Married in 2014, their bond has only grown stronger over the years. Celebrating 10 years of marriage isn’t just about marking the date—it’s about reflecting on the journey, the love, and the memories they’ve built together. An anniversary photoshoot was the perfect way to celebrate. They created more cherished memories to enjoy for years to come.

A Photoshoot to Remember

This was their first major photoshoot since their wedding day—and I was honored to be a part of it! Over the years, they’ve come to value the power of looking back at photos. They knew this was exactly how they wanted to celebrate. For their 10-year anniversary, they wanted to do it right with a “10-years-later” theme. This included a mix of romance, fun, and nostalgia, complete with their full Detroit Lions gear! Together, we achieved their goal of creating an album. They wanted to fill their walls with beautiful moments of love, happiness, and connection captured in their anniversary photoshoot.

The Perfect Location

We chose Crosswinds Marsh in New Boston, Michigan, for this session. This is a spot that holds special meaning for Lynsay and Ken. It’s a place where they’ve spent time fishing, walking their beloved dogs, and enjoying the outdoors. Their late dog, Blitz, shared many of these cherished walks, outdoor trips and vacations with them. This anniversary photoshoot was also a way to honor those beautiful memories. Including their pup, Zuly, made the session even more special as a tribute to the love they’ve shared with their furry family members.

Special Details

This session reflected Lynsay and Ken’s unique journey through a range of vibes, from casual to romantic. Each moment and outfit change added a layer to their narrative. This made the anniversary photoshoot as dynamic as their love story. We customized every element of this photoshoot to them. We even had Lynsay bring her original wedding bouquet for a special touch. Several shots featured it prominently. One included a note that read ’10 Years Later.’ This image, with them kissing softly in the background, was pure magic.

To celebrate, we brought champagne and added a fun pop shot. This created the perfect vibe for their anniversary photoshoot session. Cheers to 10 years!
